Beef pot roast with INAH Shiraz-marinade

1.5kg beef pot roast

Marinade

30ml soy sauce

50ml braai sauce

30ml lemon juice

20ml worcester sauce

25ml canola-oil

10ml salt

100ml Inah Shiraz

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients and rub well into beef
  2. Place inside a large freezer bag and marinate for 3 – 4 days in fridge, turning daily
  3. Cook covered in a casserole 180ºC for 1½ – 2 hours or until tender
  4. Turn every 30min and baste with marinade
  5. Take lid off and roast until brown all around
  6. Serve with seasonal veggies
