Inah Shiraz Smoothie
Nowadays we often skip meals because our busy schedules just do not allow us to take the time to sit down to eat. This delicious, nutritious treat cashes in on the wonderful health benefits in Inah, and can be enjoyed on the go.
2 ripe bananas, peeled
200ml vanilla ice cream
200ml Inah Shiraz
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 mins.
- Serve well chilled in tall glasses.
