Mulled Inah Merlot for chilly times

Inah Superior Grape Juice is not only for drinking on its own. When the winter chill creeps in there are few things as satisfying as the comforting flavours of warm spice. This recipe is sure to warm your cockles.
750ml Inah Merlot
400ml apple or berry juice
1 lemon or orange, sliced
80ml brown sugar or honey
1 cinnamon stick
12 cloves
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients except the Inah and bring to the boil. Simmer together for 5 minutes.
- Strain but reserve some of the citrus slices and whole spices
- Add Inah Merlot and heat, but do not allow to boil again
- Serve warm in glass cups, and garnish with citrus slices and cinnamon sticks
